The Norfolk Community Diagnostic Centre
Our new Norfolk Community Diagnostic Centre has been fully refurbished and implemented specifically to support our vulnerable patients across Norfolk enabling them to be fast tracked for key diagnostic tests.
This is in partnership with the local GP practices, our three hospitals and the new Integrated Care System.
Located adjacent to our centre is a 80,000 square foot residential medical training centre provided by Health Amplifier (Charity Number: 1167973) and a 16 bed step down centre for residential care.
All proceeds from the Training Centre support the Charitable Programmes
Our Mission is to provide a centre that specifically supports vulnerable patient groups. We provide equity of patient support programmes that enable patients with specific needs to be holistically supported whatever their background needs. Whether it be for training, diagnostics or medical support we endeavour to optimise equality of care through proactive patient support.

We are a Norfolk based organisation lead by Norfolk Clinicians to implement impactful solutions across our CCG. We provide a centralised population health service for both our local region and for 24 million patients nationally. This focuses on the identification of vulnerable patient groups ensuring that they get appropriate care.
This enables us in Norfolk to provide class leading identification of at risk patient groups, regional Cancer Diagnostics services and will be providing community diagnostics for vulnerable patient groups across our county.
Our Clinical Lead Dr Julian Brown, on the back of our work for the local community for the COVID-19 crisis is nominated for GP of the year.
